Our Purpose

At The King's Daughters Mentoring Institute (KDMI), we are passionate about our girls within our community of Baton Rouge. We want to engage girls in mentoring with several development opportunities in education, social skill development and sisterhood.

 

The goal of working with girls at the critical ages of pre-adolescence and adolescence is to help them develop self-esteem, social skills and to affirm a strong sense of godly confidence and identity. We desire to equip every girl with the tools to navigate life successfully.

 

We want to empowHER to achieve her goals, manage conflict in her relationships and to avoid getting  into strife as they develop mentally, and physically during their both girlhood and teenage years. We would like to motivate girls to be successful in every area of their life.
